O'Sullivan, Davis & Associates is an accounting firm licensed in California and based on Mt. Diablo Boulevard in Lafayette. The firm serves business owners, executives, and independent professionals across the East Bay.

Those three principles have been the firm’s stated basis for client service, and they describe something practical rather than promotional: work is done at a senior level, questions are answered when they are asked, and the file is treated as a continuing relationship rather than a seasonal transaction.
The practice is led by Tom O’Sullivan, CPA, CGMA, MBA. Before founding the firm, Tom held finance and accounting leadership roles, including billing supervision across Northern California and Beijing for an international law firm, and a controller role in logistics. That background shaped a practice comfortable with both the technical side of tax and the operational side of a business’s numbers.
He is joined by Rex G. Davis, CPA and Certified Financial Planner, whose work spans accounting, taxes, and personal financial planning. The combination is deliberate: the return and the plan behind it are reviewed together, not in separate rooms.
The firm’s name reflects the professionals in the practice. Where the full legal entity name is required, it appears in full; in day-to-day use the firm is O'Sullivan, Davis & Associates.
